Tiny Thai peppers are perfect for stir fry. The plants are fairly short, growing only to a height of about a foot. They are excellent plants for container / patio gardens, but grow just as well when planted in the ground. By harvest, they are covered in up to 200 small conical pods ranging from a 1/2 to 1 inch in length. Tiny Thai peppers transition from green to red when ripe.
