Aji Mango seeds produce very prolific pepper plants. Fruit certainly has a citrus and fruity taste, but we feel the name has more to do with the look of the fruit rather than the taste. The heat is fairly mild. Walls are thick and crisp enough to make it a perfect stuffing pepper. If you cut the seeds and placenta out before stuffing, the heat is slight and enjoyable by even non pepper heads. When stuffed, the bright color makes a spectacular display on a snack tray for holidays and get-togethers.
