Peppers that won’t melt your face. Aji peppers are sometimes called Peruvian hot peppers as they initially hailed from that part of the world. With a general Scoville rating of between 20,000 and 30,000 SHU they provide plenty of zing, but are mild enough to be eaten fresh. I love them with dip. Now a few of them can see double those general SHUs but most are more in the dipping and eating fresh range.
We are now offering a mix of Aji peppers in full SFRB and half boxes. Because they are new to the 2017 offering of fresh peppers they are on sale. The sale will last until we start running low on fresh Aji peppers. Right now, they seem to be all ripening at once. Since we grew a substantial variety of these beauties, that is a lot of peppers to come ripe at the same time.

Despite being the first year to offer any Aji peppers online, we have been growing Aji and loving on the Finlandia for a few years now. This year we decided to see if other pepper heads enjoy more than just melting your face. We grew much more than our own personal needs and here they are; New for 2017 season.
