Our homestead first started producing a sustenance crop about a decade ago. At first, it was a struggle. Kentucky seems to have two type of land: Two inches of top soil and then clay or two inches of top soil and then rocks. Because our initial plan was to use rocks for various construction projects, of course we bought property with two inches of top soil and then clay. Today, much of our main field is soft rich soil.
A few patrons might know that I have not had very good health these past few years. I have lost count of how many surgeries I have had on my feet, gone septic three times, and had two toes amputated. Let me tell you, until it is gone you have no idea how important a big toe is to walking. Today, I have trouble walking without pain medication due to the on going challenges. Thing is, I am determined that this will be the best season yet.
It has been confirmed. The brand name of Hillary Clinton’s take along hot sauce is Ninja Squirrel. But it doesn’t stop there. After a radio interview in which the presidential hopeful said she always carries hot sauce when she travels, Clinton’s campaign manager said that the hot sauce she is currently carrying is Ninja Squirrel but they they often carry hot pepper flakes as well. It seems like we might have a Chili Head in office soon.
