Naga Viper, Seed Saving, and Improving a Line

We have been growing the Naga Viper for a few years now.  It is mid March and this year’s starts are about six inches tall.  While transplanting today, I took a break and gave the naga viper a google.  Most of what I found was from around the time the naga viper briefly held the Guinness World Record for the hottest pepper in the world in 2011.

Holy Jolokia Wing Sauce in Review

Holy Jolokia ghost pepper wing sauce

Holy Jolokia Wing Sauce was created by the Chile Pepper Institute of New Mexico University and CaJohn’s Fiery Foods.  Its main ingredient is ghost pepper and its flavor really lives up to that name.  This is not the watered down concoction that Popeye’s wings are coated in.  This is the real deal, true to the flavor of the ghost pepper.
